How many other bosses are "working from home" today? |
|
What BS. Please we all know what you are doing.

1. My boss is "working from home" today |
|
But she claims to have temporarily moved her home to the mall. Just until next week, of course. :P

4. People use the "work from home" excuse as a way to get another day off.. |
|
an already long holiday weekend. Of course when you go to call them when you need something....they can't be found or their phone goes right to voicemail.

7. Thanks. I was unsure of exactly what you meant. No the boss is |
|
at the shop. She's not doing much unless a customer comes in. It has been a long year.

5. I'm working from home today. |
|
Same as yesterday, same as last week.
Only time I don't work at home is when I have to go somewhere to see a patient or do a psych evaluation somewhere.

6. I'm working from home today, but then, I work from home every day. |
|
Actually, that's not completely true. Some days I visit clients at their places of business.
Today, I'm at home, and frankly, I'm working my butt off trying to get stuff done so that I don't have to work on Christmas.
Then, what am I doing here, you might ask? And you would have an excellent question.

I have an office here. And if I don't get off of this website, I can't claim that I am.

9. I am not a boss but will usually work from home 2-3 days a month |
|
especially if I've got a nasty cold going on.
As long as my work is getting done.

And when the curly monster gets off the school bus, we're going to "work" on a snowman.

12. "we all know what you are doing." Really? Thank God! Please explain this to me: |
|
In this manuscript I'm reviewing, my student has randomly interchanged an exchange coefficient of 0.11 with 0.89. It makes no sense to me. But at least you know what I'm doing -- one of us should!!!

I'm self-employed and my own boss. Plus the jobs are sparse this time of year, I'd rather be out working.

every day as does my boss. He has been in today, except for that 45 minute errand he had to run. We don't take advantage like one would expect. I'm deathly afraid of having my work-from-home privileges revoked!

17. I always work from home, except in the late afternoon, when I |
|
lug the laptop over the neighborhood coffee shop that has free Wi-Fi. :-)
I've been working from home since June 1993.
