Mark Penn and Howard Wolfson are monumentally unpleasant people. Why would any smart campaign put these two shitbirds on live teevee to drum up support?

Penn literally appears as if he would smell bad. Wolfson just snarls even when he tries to be nice, and when he makes that sad attempt at a smile he has those tiny, needle-like lizard teeth.
