The list, in order:

HRC, John Conyers, Larry Craig, Diane Feinstein, Rudy, Huckabee, Scooter, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid!

1) No wonder impeachment's off the table.
2) Wow!!!

:wow:

:banghead:

1. Keep in mind that Judicial Watch is a conservative organization
funded mainly by conservatives like Richard Mellon Scaife. They've done some good things in some cases, but don't forget their underlying bias.

3. Good catch
The list has seven Democrats, one Republican already convicted (Libby), one that the Republicans want to get rid of (Craig), and one that conservatives don't like (Giulliani).

9. True, they are conservative.

However, it is also true they have exposed Cheney and Iraq in the past through the FOIA.

12. Exactly
They have a particular longstanding hate for the Clintons, so I'm not surprised that Hillary Clinton is on the list. Their other obsessions are 'judicial activism' - i.e. socially liberal judges; and the evils of illegal immigration. The latter might perhaps explain the inclusion of RW nutcase Huckabee, who I believe is seen by some on the Right as too liberal on this one issue.

Note the people like Cheney and Ted Stevens who are NOT on the list.

I wouldn't trust judicial.watch further than I could throw them.

14. Judicial watch has sued Cheney before.

When will our leadership try to hold him accountable?

13. True, but I'd like to think that their motto,
"No one is above the law," is true for politicians across all parties.

Conservatives aren't exclusive to the Republican party; there are plenty of conservative dems, independents, and 3rd party voters, as well.

I also know that integrity is not exclusive to any one political party, religion, or other belief system.

While I won't count on them for a "fair and balanced" selection, the points they make are still valid.

2. Seems like a highly suspect list
Any list without Bush and Cheney #1 and #2 should not be believed.

6. As others have pointed out
Notice that there is much connecting the dots on the Dems, but Libby obviously took a bullet for Cheney and Bush.

10. Where is Dick Cheney?
Edited on Wed Dec-26-07 06:50 PM by karynnj
How can this list be valid without him there? Do we have past lists to see if they are as correlated to the Presidential candidates as here?

Here is 2006 - Abramoff, HRC(D), Cunningham, Delay, Foley, Hastert, Hastings (D), William Jefferson(D), Ney, Reid.
http://blog.light-of-reason.com/archive/judicial-watch-publishes-washingtons-2006-most-wanted-corrupt-politicians/

(Like this year - the Republicans were already indicted or out of office - except Hastert - Reid and HRC are not at that level.

11. For 2007 is probably the qualifier.
They've done more to expose Cheney and Iraq than our leadership.

15. This says everything you need to know about Judicial Watch
More democrats than republicans? No Cheney? No Bush? No Bob Ney??? Their agenda is clear. I've lost what modicum of respect for them I ever had.
