Is Obama speech at the Democratic Convention in '04

what has catapulted him into the cadidate he is now? I like Obama a lot and after his speech, I was awed by the fact that he would be good for the country. However, at this point, I still haven't decided on one candidate for certain. I like Biden's experience. I thing he brings a lot to the table. I also like Richardson's humility and experience. I like Edwards' health care plan. I like Hillary's intelligence and experience. I like Kucinich's brazen and bold stance. I like Dodd's experience and kindness. Hell, who have I left out?

I guess my point to this is, what is it that makes you like the candidate you are supporting? I want someone with fresh ideas and leadership that is willing to go the distance with repubs and dems who are stuck in old ideology in order to get this nation back. Health care is a big issue for me this year. I know it is for many others. We HAVE to get this fixed and now. Many of us won't live to see 2008 because they haven't been able to get the health care they need. Our kids need us to make sure we get it right this time.
