11. I Caught It Live But Interpreted It Differently (Without Spiked Egg Nog) |
Technically, if he runs and wins, he'll only be President-elect on New Year's Eve 2008. He wouldn't have to step down as Mayor of NYC until he is inaugurated. I'm not saying that he convinced me last night but the inside details I've been hearing are that he already has allocated $1 billion of his money for a run and will make his final decision soon after the Democratic nominee is known.

18. He's Jewish and from New York. He won't win. He might pull some |
from the middle, but I doubt it.
From what I heard he will only run if the parties nominate from the fringes of their party.

19. Yep, that's why he's meeting with Soderberg and Kissinger for foreign |
policy advice. He's been denying--strongly denying--he'll run for months, but I'm pretty sure the meeting in Oklahoma next week isn't just to bemoan the state of politics. If it's April, and no Bloomberg, then he's not running.

21. You mean Hagel will run at the top of the ticket? I don't think Bloomberg |
would spend all that money for Hagel to be President, and for himself to only be VP. Although Hagel is more electable--it would probably be the smart way to go.
