3. If she becomes the next President, then she can commit suicide.
Then she would succeed at killing a President.

11. What was her special relationship with Ford that made him

uniquely determined as the one person she wanted to murder? Had she achieved her goal and actually caused his death, then of course she would not be able to kill him again, unless Ford were resurrected while she is out of prison.

Should an attempted murder of one person who is 70 years old provoke a longer prison sentence than actual murder of one person who is 18 years old? If we are looking specifically at the risk of attempting to again kill the particular person who was previously the target, then there could be a wait of more than 30 years before the 70-year-old will die of natural causes and no longer be at risk. However, if the 18-year-old is dead and is not resurrected, then there is no risk of the offender again attempting to kill that particular person.

12. You are aware that Ford is dead, yes? He died in 2006.
Hence my flippant remark.

10. My first thought was that it was Squeaky Fromme as well
Just because I would love to see the, "Dangerous But Inept" interview sketch from Saturday Night Live again. Alas, all I can find is the transcript.
