Showing solidarity to the WGA...a subtle but visible reminder as long as the strike rolls on.
Dave was excellent...not only talked about the strike, he brought on writers from other shows. Conan is in a stickier situation but he also expressed his solidarity. It will be interesting if Mr. Stewart & Colbert also return with beards. Also, interesting who didn't...(Leno)
Here's hoping Dave keeps talking about the strike...giving it a podium that will reach far more than if he was off the air. Here's hoping this needless strike ends and the writers finally get their royalties.

I'm sure hoping that TDS and TCR make a deal with the union before Monday.

Guess I'll have to watch for the beards next time I watch late night talk shows!
To be fair, Jay Leno may not want a beard because it would blunt his trademark big chin. Who knows.

4. I wouldn't watch Conan. Nor Leno, of course. Much as I need to have my Huckabee |
