I like Dennis on principle, but it doesnt look like he'll crack the top 3.

I am now off to go read up on Obama, his Senate record, his policy papers, etc. I could maybe possibly jump on the bandwagon if I like his record and position.

Who's your #2? Would you volunteer for them during the primaries?

3. Hey Nightwatcher...
I understand your predicament.

I was devastated when I realized that Gore would not run. I did a lot of research, just like
yourself, in order to find a candidate in whom I could believe and support wholeheartedly.

Obviously, you are a very conscientious person and you care enough to do this research.

I think this year, we are lucky. We have a few remarkable Dem candidates. I love Edwards
and I think Biden is wonderful as well. However, I decided to go with Obama because of
my concern for our Constitution, our civil rights and our slide into Fascism.

I just posted about this, if you want to read my post about a conversation I had with Obama.

Good luck to you as you make your decision.

6. Sorry, but I really don't like Obama or Clinton
and it may very well be the run ins with their supporters here on DU, but I am TOTALLY turned off by them. I can't even listen to their voices anymore, without thinking it's all crap that they are spinning. I hear nothing but vague promises and feel good messages, nothing about the real meat of the situations that are effecting the working class. I feel ignored again, by the dems. I feel like they think I am dirt beneath their feet and it doesn't matter if they step on me to get to where they want to go. Use me to get their office and then throw me under the bus, again.

No thanks, I've had enough. They'll work just hard enough to get my vote, but they'll do nothing for me. I'll still have to try to exist in pain and poverty until it gets to be too much and then I'll opt out.
