I see MSNBC is preoccupied with the wanna be TV judge dealing with Anna. Oh the irony!! The government breaks every law in the book and MSM is covering who should control a dead woman's body.

5. Court is supposed to convene at 9:30 EST. |
|
Which is now.
FDL should be posting any minute now from inside the courtroom.

8. Jury instructions could take a few hours |
|
depending on how much the paticular judge likes to explain the instructions. I would say at least an hour. They probably won't start deliberating until 11am.

10. Yesterday, Judge Walton said something about |
|
"3 hours tomorrow." Half for him (Walton), and half for attorneys (tweaking instructions?)

9. Today, things will seem |
|
to be moving at a slow pace. It will appear like the still waters on the surface of a deep river. But, beneath that surface, there will be undercurrents, and they will not be limited to that jury room.
Things are good.
