If he did, I know he would have some harsh words for the jury regarding Libby and his kids. Check out this quote from 2001 as he and other prosecutors were arguing for the death penalty for the defendant in the US Embassy bombings:

"He didn't give a damn about anyone else's family," Fitzgerald said. He asked the jury to ignore the fact the father of the defendant died when Mohamed was 6 years old. "A lot of people lost their fathers because of him. Don't give him credit for that."
