Edited on Wed Feb-21-07 11:04 AM by kpete

.......................

Our study yields one resounding finding: The rate of fatal terrorist attacks around the world by jihadist groups, and the number of people killed in those attacks, increased dramatically after the invasion of Iraq....Even excluding Iraq and Afghanistan...there has been a 35 percent rise in the number of attacks, with a 12 percent rise in fatalities.

1. We've invaded their countries and stolen their resources...
and they DARE fight back??? Who could have thunk it??

I mean, the CIA installs the Shah, creating a puppet government, the CIA arms both Iran and Iraq against each other hoping to pick up the oily pieces, builds a military base on Saudi holy ground against Bin Laden's wishes, and THEY FIGHT BACK????

The NERVE!

I kid. It just seems to obvious. So very obvious.

3. The "War on Terrorism" is Chimpy's "Legacy"
BushCo needs to make sure it will last forever so that they can always say "See? W was right" Its not HIS fault everyone confused the "War on Terrorism", a nebulous..open ended conflict, with the "War on Iraq"

:sarcasm:
