to Sibel and or he needs to be persuaded to grant the hearings. I've faxed him numerous times, called his offices in DC and LA and emailed. The situation has changed because much of the so called "states secrets" information has been used by government lawyers to people who haven't been "cleared" in any way to receive "states secrets", so any explanation that congress won't touch it for this reason is bogus.
