I'm looking at MSNBC for Tweety...
and there's this drama going on that looks like it's taking place in a court room, but it's not like any court I've ever seen.....

Multiple lawyers...all talking over each other. A Judge ( he is a real judge isn't he ? ) who acts like a comedian. I can't figure out what the hell this trial is all about.

I know Florida has rules and styles of it's own, but this is wild. WOW !

3. The judge is a raving nutcase. This whole thing should have taken about 1/2 day.

5. Any judge worth his or her salt would have had this done by now.
and in private. Hell, I know a judge in central Ohio
who never allow his courtroom to become a circus like this.

She should be buried next to her son and CNN, Fox, MSNBC,
ABC, CBS, CNN headline news, and ABC should all be horse whipped
for their coverage and that "judge" needs to go in front of the
FL Supreme Court to explain his actions and his playing to the
cameras.

10. "The judge is a raving nutcase"...
I think that is an understatement -- I believe a patented Jon Stewart "batshit crazy" is appropriate here! I saw a good chunk of the hearing yesterday while waiting to go to work, and it was like watching a bad acid trip. My jaw was on the floor, unable to believe what I was hearing from that judge -- it was just beyond anything I had ever seen. To be a sane, competent attorney arguing before him - yeegads, what a nightmare.

4. Wonder if this has anything to do with Abrams being in charge of MSNBC?
He loves those sensationalized court cases. And to think I used to respect him as a lawyer before the 2000 nightmare.

16. Unfortunately, it gets ratings. Evidently some pretty nice ones.
That's why they have all that prison shit going on in prime time, every night of the week. When all else fails, go lurid. It gets ratings. He wouldn't have approved it if it weren't working for him. What puts the cherry on top (so to speak) is the fact that our dear friend Rita "Throaty McHuskington" Cosby is the lead reporter on it. Figures. I think they have her on the trash beat until they can buy out her contract.

14. I sent an e-mail complaining about the televised hearing and
decided to complain about everything else I don't like about MSNBC (just about everything except Keith Olberman). But I mentioned ANS hearing again at the end so they wouldn't forget!

12. Judge didn't like this hearing being called "a circus". Well...
...he is right. It's worse. This is a farce and a disgrace.
