Where to get information on work visa's.

Had to put this in general discussion as I can't get into the forums at this time.
Any information on different visas that are available to bring a person from Greece into the United States to work?
Or would a tourist visa be sufficient and then be able to apply for work visas once in the U.S?
My son's fiance is from Greece, has dual citizanship and has an employee in Greece that she would like to bring to the U.S. for domestic help. My son's fiance currently lives in the U.S. with her parents. It's a very complicated situation, but thought if anyone on DU has had experiences with this type of thing would direct us to the right info or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
