His voice gets tiresome.

3. I turned the teevee off a while ago.
Even Olbermann doesn't make up for the toxic combination of Tweety, Russert and Brokaw's annoying Brokaw voice.

4. I posted before that I thought he looked like Charlie Brown
if Charlie Brown were an AARP member and had had a stroke. He's twitching and grimacing like he needs some preparation H or something. Looks really weird!

6. He's somebody who wants to be retired but won't do it
I noticed at the beginning of Election Night 2000 that he was bored, blase, seen-it-all, while Dan RATHER was bouncing off the walls, and G.E.RUSSERT was buzzed. Even as the night wore on and the dimensions of what was happening started to take shape, he was just out of it. Seven years later he's still out of it.
