I'm referring to the ones Seymour Hersh mentioned, where young boys were allegedly raped by Iraqi guards while U.S. military personnel looked on and that Rumsfeld referred to as "radioactive". I assume you were talking about those?

9. ACLU won a lawsuit & the judge ordered

the DOD to release the documents. The DOD filed an appeal, but then agreed to dismiss the appeal & identify any documents already public. The DOD is also supposed to release all photos/documents in its posession, but I don't know if they've done that yet.
