Sounds like they are a serious and responsible jury. Analysis over emotion. . .

<snip>

This morning's bit of jury news (fresh off Pacer and courtesy of reader TiredFed): the jury has requested (1) a large flip chart; (2) masking tape; and (3) post-it notes. Boo yah! It's an active, detail-oriented and organized jury. Gotta love it.

3. there are some very bright people on that jury --

some report I heard yesterday ticked off some of the professions of some of the jurors. I don't recall what they were, but I was impressed. No dummies, that's for sure.

Edit: actually I should say "well educated" because you can have virtually NO education and still be very bright. But you've got to have a certain amount of education to have the jobs that were ennumerated.

4. why so adamant that Cheney didn't send Wilson? Cuz it would have looked
like Cheney had some doubt about the assertion that iraq "sought"--and his whole shtick relies on assertions of certainty that everyine is afraid to challenge. When somebody tried to challenge the certainty, Cheney lost it and went after Wilson.

5. indeed. Additionally they created a meme for Hannity and the like
to use to try to discredit Wilson. "Look, Wilson said Cheney personally sent him. Wilson is a liar."
