8. Tax cuts for the rich...Borrowing from the Chinese government....Unfunded mandates such as NCLB....
It will be a great Presidency...This exact same time next year..I hope Hillary Rodham Clinton is at the Blair House...which is where the President-Elect usually is on the night before their inauguration.

16. I agree -Hillary's would be a great Presidency - similar to Edwards -and Obama's only a little more
to the right - any of them would make good presidents - IMO

17. Exactly....These people are amazing, aren't they? But you know, the greatest rebuke to them
will be at this exact same time next year....I am picturing it....At this precise time next year, I honestly believe it will Hillary Rodham Clinton who is at the Blair House (where the President-Elect usually stays the night before inauguration).

I am envisioning Hillary Rodham Clinton at the Blair House this time next year....just hours away from inauguration. And I'm envisioning George W. Bush writing the traditional "letter to the successor" to Hillary Clinton.

And THAT, will be the greatest rebuke to these anti-Clinton folks here on DU.

25. And how will that be a rebuke?
Your fantasy of Clinton winning is entirely possible. So what.

Try to envision it's a year later than that, and Clinton actually did anything to end the Iraq war, end the assault on the Constitution, or reverse the Bush agenda. Now that's pretty damn unlikely.

Even replacing Stevens or Ginsberg just keeps the status quo on the Court.

Same old same old. Just this time, in a dress.

18. Everything - Bill is too enamored of his status as a bush butt buddy
and Hillary is unable to control him.

If anything is obvious from the primaries, it's that she will not stop him from doing whatever he wants to do.

The guy's ego will control everything. He will do nothing to embarrass his republicon pals.
