Real ID IDea
Montana's Governor Brian Schweitzer(D) refuses to comply with the Real ID Requirements imposed by the federal government. This could result in people from Montana having to get passports to enter federal buildings and board planes. So this establishes a boarder. Complete with all boarder protocols. So Montana should develop their own passports. Set up state police outside every federal building. Refuse to allow anyone to leave the federal buildings without presenting a Montana passport. They can even use the catch 22's the federal government is so fond of. Like you have to go to the State House to get the Montana passport. But you can't leave the federal building without having a Montana passport. Anyone creating any commotions or refusing to comply could be arrested and deported to Washington DC. They could really have some fun with this.

1. "Your papers, please?"
I'm having flashbacks of Art Spiegelman's MAUS all over again...
