All this campaign talk about the first woman running for president, the first black, the first Morman. Yet, Bush has hardly even been given credit for his cabinet and other appointments that have crossed all previous barriers of race, gender, religion more than any other president ever has.

After all, anyone can run for office, but it is more of an honor and validation of one's capabilities to be selected as a presidential appointment. Bush has never been afraid to select the best for the job regardless of their gender, race or religion.
