Going to see President Clinton today |
|
He's at the University of New Mexico today at three and I'm just going because I can. Gosh I'm so excited, even if he'll spend most of his time hawking for Hillary.

2. I saw Clinton last year, and |
|
he didn't say a single word about Hillary. In fact, he didn't say a single word about skyrocketing national debt, environmental destruction for corporate profit, the flow of American jobs out of the country, false unemployment numbers, or an illegal, unjust war thats taken the lives of a million Iraqis and four thousand Americans and bankrupted future generations either.

3. I have friends who saw him yesterday at O.U. |
|
They were totally mesmerized. They all wished they had recorded his speech on video or at least taken notes.
Apparently (if he gives the same speech) it is a primer on public policy and why it matters to you. The crowd yesterday was mostly students (all of my friends are around 60 however) and they said he talked for well over an hour but it seemed like ten minutes. They wanted more. They also said you could hear a pin drop throughout his entire speech as it was such an effective narrative.
Chelsea was with him but did not speak. One of my friends called as they were leaving the private reception that was after the speech and said Chelsea was not at the reception. I told him she probably just went over to the student union to find some kids to talk to. Sure enough, today's paper indicated she just went over there and talked to students.
