I am sure many of the people who regularly bully people or get down right snarky do so knowing they are faceless and, for the most part, nameless...

It's a lot different when you are face to face with someone...

Those on the other side of a net bully's barbs should remember that and take that into consideration...

Just thought I would remind everyone about that in case they forgot...

I know it's not so easy since many of us have forged meaningful cyber relations here on DU when times were somewhat less trying...

Just too much personal information. Yeah, it's a lot easier to be a psyber-stalker than a real one, but just as creepy when you're the target.

However, the vast majority on DU are better than decent and the griefers, trolls and lurkers are usually easy enough to spot and avoid in the future.
