romney begins his campaign for 2012, joining Newt as an early entrant |
|
At least that is my take on the situation. Mitt has seen the future and it contains an ass whomping of major proportions this fall. With 'conservatives' ready to bolt and look for a savior, Mitt sees an opening as their savior. Newt seems to be carving a niche slightly to the left of Hitler with his American Solutions group. Look for Romney to form some bogus 'study' group soon to solidify his shiny new conservative credentials. He will also use this to carve out that niche Newtie has left on the far, far right. And in March of 2011 expect to hear Mitt announce a run.

We are going to be seeing a lot of Mitt and his boys back at the Des Moines Marriott. The big question is will he actually wait for McCain to be handed his ass?

Yes, I think that is his next plan. People like him do not go away.

3. Yup. We can also look forward to 4 years of economic sabotage. |
|
Despite the gross predations of the last 7 years, the economy has limped along just barely ahead of the tsunami of debt and crumbling ground of an undermined working class. We're facing an economic melt-down of major proportions. That sets the scene for the "movers and shakers" to pull out all the stops with layoffs, mergers, and moves off-shore to AMPLIFY what's already going to be bad ... and then blame it on the incumbent President instead of 28 years of parasitism.
Tighten your seatbelts. It's gonna be a hellva ride.

4. Meaning that he expects McCain to lose |
|
Or to win and then not be available for reelection.

The exit today was because he felt he had another run in him.
