Zelikow Secretly Allowed Karl Rove & White House to Influence 9/11 Probe
EXCLUSIVE: Former 9/11 Commission Chief Philip Zelikow on Allegations He Secretly Allowed Karl Rove & White House to Influence 9/11 Probe

Earlier in the week, we spoke to Philip Shenon, author of The Commission: The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Investigation. Shenon suggested that Philip Zelikow, the executive director of the 9/11 Commission, sought to minimize the Bush administration’s responsibility for failing to prevent the September 11th attacks. Shenon also revealed that Karl Rove repeatedly called Zelikow during the probe. Today Zelikow responds in his first broadcast interview since the publication of Shenon’s book...http://www.democracynow.org/2008/2/7/exclusive_former_9_11_commission_executive

She'll confirm I never had sex with that woman, Karl Rove.

5. The whole al Qaeda story was based on testimony obtained through torture.

The Commission was never permitted to interview the witnesses or
to observe their interrogration. According to the Kean and Hamilton
book Without Precedent got this info in the form of reports, not
even as transcripts, and it's up to the reader to evaluate the
credibility of the source because they had no opportunity to do so.

7. zzzzzzzz.....
what's that got to do with anything?

911 conspiracies are so nowhere. After Katrina, and all the other shit, everyone knows they probably had a hand in it somewhere. There is obviously no interest in anyone with any power to do a damn thing about it. We'll be lucky if we can keep ourselves out of Iran. They are just going to keep pushing that thing until they get what they want.

10. Welcome to DU.
"what's that got to do with anything?" is a question that applies to many things you can read here but I don't think this is one of them.

:hi:

16. Because when those 'in the know' are forced into acknowledging covert shenanigans...
It detracts from the hordes of so-called sensible, level headed Conspiracy Deniers; the ones who live in a country mired in corporate corruption and conspiracy, yet adamantly decry and disavow that obvious fact ...not in a spirit of truth seeking {conspiracy deniers are usually against the idea of impeachment}, or in attempt to get to the heart of the matter, but merely as an act of condescension toward those they love to deem inferior. Watch for those who routinely sling "crazy," and "tinfoil" epithets, and their precious chestnut they roll out, Occam's razor, which is applied bass-akward to the incident in question.

15. It's an open secret
that Zelikow is a neocon stooge.

Most of the relevant info about 9/11 is also hiding in plain sight, it just hasn't hit critical mass yet (in terms of numbers exposed to it) and prob won't any time soon (due to the MSM blackout).

19. Amy Goodman reported that footnotes supporting the official story were based on torture
There are many implications of the book and this revelation -- all strongly supporting a coverup of LIHOP at least.

Goodman's take on it was that much of the material that lays blame on al Qaeda were directly traceable to torture sessions and that therefore the entire report can no longer be considered credible.
