Are Bush and the Rs running from the word "Republican" now?
What are the top 10 reasons "Conservatives" are running from the word "Republican"?

On NPR, Bush is calling McCain a "true conservative," or probably a Capital
letter "True Conservative," and saying Huckster is a "conservative" too!
GEORGE! D'OH!!!! We knew that!

NO, it seems a new PR effort is trying to hide the word "Republican" from voters!!

I'm trying to figure out the number ONE reason why the "Conservative" party
candidates are running from the word "Republican" and I need your help.

In the words of that illustrious hunter Dick Cheney, "Give it your best shot." ROFLMAO

First, consider my current best guess:

Too many guys waving at them from the next stall in the Corrupt Bastards Clubhouse toilets.

2. The Activisist in Republican Party( you saw many of them at
C-Pac Meetings) are really Movement Conservatives. To these
Activists Conservatism trumps Republicanism. They deveoped this
ultra Conservative Orthodoxy and have been able to push it
in governance over the last 20 years. However under GWB
and the GOP Congress the past seven years they have succeeded
more than they could have imagined. Now their fear is that
if a MCCain or Huckabee (Republican Conservatives) is the
Nominee ano President--the Activists believe this Ultra Right
Conservatism will be abandoned. The Candidates are now seeing
how Conservative they can sound to appease these people.
