15. I loved him at the DNC in 04
His speech was one of the highlights of the whole event. He was awesome there.

(And yes, I have problems with Rev. Al. But damn, the guy can also be just wonderful to have on the podium.)

Ahm, Kerry people will go all over the place. There won't be any one destination that all will agree on. And I don't think Kerry will endorse anyone for a long, long while, if at all, until the next Convention.

27. Hillary
I love Kerry and had been hoping that he'd run, but my enthusiasm about that diminished over the past few months. His decision was inevitable, I suppose. I'm now a proud Hillary supporter, but I'm pleased with our entire field of candidates thus far (though I think Obama's candidacy is a little premature)

7. I'm thinking Obama
It will be a wild ride. They're going to trash him and character assassinate him on both sides and with my experience supporting Kerry, I am well-trained to handle the nonsense.

Gimme an O!

29. 99.9% sure he's running. We have a whole network set up for him.
I was a coordinator for him the last time around and a bunch of us are already scrambling around.

Although I don't know enough about Dodd. If Gore runs, I'd back him. Same with Clark. We will have to see.

11. Some of the names I'm considering include Wendell Berry, Robert Bly,
Joan Didion, Bill Moyers, Vernon Jordan, and Robert Redford.

I'll let ya know when I make a decision.

14. I didn't realize that this was a Kerry supporters only forum
I thought we were here to discuss Democratic issues and issues that effect all of us.

But since you are asking... I would like to see Edwards on top of the heap when it is all done.

But then I do like Hillary and Obama as well.

or at least take 21st century Kerry back there to remind him of how to earn our respect.

17. Please come and join us in the pro-Gore community !!
Al Gore is doing a great job -- raising awareness about the climate crisis.

He spoke to an audience of 10 000 in Boise on Monday, and is still on Tour! :)

His movie "An Inconvenient Truth" is nominated for an Academy Award.

He is working on his next book "The Assault on Reason" -- due out in May.

He has not ruled out running again and is keeping his options open.

Let's all find ways to show our support for Al Gore! :)

before attempting to have supporters line up into another camp.

I would be in shock and would resent your question even if your intent was not to salt the wound. It's kinda of tacky....in other words.

Patience is a virtue. John Kerry supporters will, as individuals, do what they feel is the right thing.....

21. I appreciate your concern
and let me say, you've always been a good representative for Clark on this board. But, speaking for myself, the moment I heard the news Kerry isn't going to run, I immediately thought about who I would support now. I've been thinking it for about a month. The truth is, beyond Clark and Gore, there's probably nobody at this point I'd *want* to support. I need to do a little research on Dodd though. If it came down to it, I would support Obama over Clinton, because I think she'd be lucky to win 10 states and would drag down the rest of our prospects in what should be another good year in the House and Senate.

This phase is over, and it's time to move on. But first I've got to take my Kerry button off my backpack :(

Bill Richardson, governor of New Mexico, former Energy Secretary under Clinton, UN Ambassador.

Gore or Clark are possibilities. Beyond that I'll have to do some research.

And I back Kerry in his Senate bid, and also will push him for AG.
