I just can't TAKE it anymore...
so let's get this straight:
we charge 6 Guantanamo guys with (a) murder and (b) 'war crimes' AND at least ONE of these 'detainees' we have admitted to 'water-boarding'; (otherwise known as having been subjected to 'water-torture')
now, stay with me here:
the things we have done to these guys are agreed to be 'torture'(internationally) and, as such, are WAR CRIMES...get it?
how can we charge a guy with WAR CRIMES when we have done things to them that constitute WAR CRIMES?
argh!
I totally GIVE UP! this is way , way too Orwellian for me!
