I accidentally left my teevee set to CBS after the local newz. She was interviewing some kid form that awful incident at Northern Illinois University.

Any moron could have done that interview, but Ms. Couric is a special kind of moron. She sounds incredibly insincere in what ought to be any teevee newzer's slam dunk kind of spot.

But she lost me forever that time when some kid's drowned in NH under the ice.

She said, "and how did it feel when you let go of his hand." Crickey she was talking to a kid about not having been able to save his best friend.

Then she said, "and when you saw the rescuers coming, how did you feel. . .?"

Well the kid had just lost his best friend and was unable to save him. HOW THE FLOP DID SHE THINK HE FELT?"
