4. $3,500 bail????
What if an ordinary (non-police) citizen had been caught on tape dumping a wheelchair-bound person onto the floor? Would the bail be $3,500?

But my outrage goes far beyond the amount of the bail.

What decent human being would have done such a thing whether or not they knew they were being caught on camera?

So how about if this officer gets fired for starters? And is then tried and sentenced to a meaningful prison term that will discourage other like-minded people who have power over others?

I saw that tape about four hours ago and my outrage has yet to subside.
