8. I can't get this to open yet but I have always thought this was

ethnic cleansing. I think the levies were blown and those who survived were dispersed to make their lives miserable and to put them out of the way; that the public housing that wasn't destroyed never re-opened to keep the former residents from returning; that the greedy powerful want the ocean front, ad infinitum. Plus what a great excuse Katrina was to get the populist used to martial law under Blackwater. What a disgrace!
