I see a lot of importance in the matter on a number of levels. Constitutionally....in terms of corporations being given cover by our government for illegal activity....in terms of democrats caving to fear mongering.

What will I do about it? Flat out I won't vote for any Dem who votes for any bill that has it in it. Period.

First, we need to find out who voted against the Constitution. Knowledge is power. Then we need to show those people that they will regret their vote. How embarrass them, picket their local offices,apply light to their shady dealings. Second, if we have their name we can tell anyone who will listen what a unpatriotic american they are, how they have circumvented the "Bill of Rights". Third, we can boycott their supporters, and hit them in their pocketbook. How important is this, It's the difference between a democracy and a totalitarian dictatorship. It's the difference between Right and Wrong.
