Job Opening Description: Network Engineer/DBA, 3ID CLS Team

Salary: $200K

Required Skills:

* Professional Industry Certification: Cisco, Oracle, DBA, MSCE, MCP, etc.
* Experience in U.S. Army Aviation Maintenance Environment; ULLS-A, TAMMS-A (possibly prior Army aviation quality assurance experience).
* Experience in Army aviation maintenance environment (preferably UH-60 or CH-47) or prior aircraft mechanic or crew chief.
* Ability to understand, create and modify windows batch files and scripts.
* Ability to understand, create and modify SQL queries and scripts.

Core Software Skills:

* Basic TCP/IP and Ethernet networking.
* Understands FTP mechanics to be able to transfer files to/from remote sites.
* Windows XP Professional installation and management.
* Oracle 9i SQL and basic management on Windows 2000/XP.
* Windows 2000 Server installation and management Windows 2003 Server installation and management.

Desired Skills:

* Positive attitude, quick learner of new processes.
* Understands COM components and their mechanics.
* Working knowledge of Oracle's management utilities.
* Understands ODBC, and .NET components and their mechanics.
* Self Starter, able to work as part of a larger team reporting into the site lead.

This position is the focal point for all network and database related activities associated with implementation of the IVHMS -- Integrated Vehicle Health Management System -- at the 3rd Infantry Division Aviation Brigade, Savannah, GA.

This is a deployable position, successful candidate will deploy to Iraq for a minimum of 1 year.
