Voted deep recession, but it may be borderline depression.

6. I voted total collapse. |

Once it's all said & done, we'll just have to scrap this failed, corrupt economic system we have right now, and start with something new.

7. Total Collapse: - the World is weary of the USA's attempt at global dominance. |
|
. . .
The USA coulda been a nice country with farm-based communities, automotive plants and so on,
But the Kapitalists wanted more $$
And raped the land and their citizens.
USA is at odds with their best neighbors, Canada and Mexico - the whole of South America except Columbia, the whole Middle East(with the exception of Saudi Arabia), China and Russia.
I probably left out a few.
But you get the point?
USA Collapses . .
Who cares?

Long and drawn out, cuz TPTB have more tricks up their sleeves to slow the process... but eventually total collapse.

Just earlier this evening I doubted whether this would blow up in Bush**'s face before he leaves office. Now after mulling it over for a few hours, my gut tells me the economy will be toast by late summer.
I know nothing about the economy except for what I've learned here and from sites recommended by DUers over the last few years. The consensus (and unreported) opinion on what was happening and would likely result has been proved true each time. And I still can't believe the people we elected -- Dem and Repub -- have let it come to this.

ranging from deep recession to total collapse. Might be a good idea to tie down the deck furniture.
