1. He was my state senator when I lived in the West 140s
also, he is legally blind, which would, I believe, make him the only current governor with a disability. :bounce:

4. I hope there is a silver lining. Thanks.
I can't imagine what Spitzer's staff is feeling. And how disillusioning for all the people who campaigned for him. :(

10. The news channels are still debating whether he has actually resigned.
Perhaps someone is a bit too quick on updating the Wiki.

13. Says he has been talked about as successor to Clinton Sen. seat - wonder who he supports?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Paterson

He has been mentioned in some political circles as a possible successor to Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton should the fellow New York Democrat win the 2008 US presidential election and resign the seat to assume the presidency.

.....

Fantastic life accomplishment!

14. Wiki article needs editing
The last sentence says "2007" rather than "2008."

18. I hope Spitzer isn't going to wait to have coals put on his ass to force him to resign.

Because the heat is coming if he tries to wait and see what happens. You should always try to go with some dignity left.
