6. They, too, are being wiretapped, but the Bush administration has no incentive to indict and

embarrass as long as they march in step as told. Maybe the Spitzer case will reveal just how the Bush administration has been keeping Republicans in line. I hope that Spitzer fights any charges that are brought and makes sure that the wiretapping was all legal.
