For the past 16 years, The Analysis Corporation (TAC) has provided invaluable service to the U.S. Government's national security effort. Increasingly, and especially since 9/11, TAC has made its most important contribution in the counterterrorism (CT) realm, supporting national watchlisting activities as well as other CT intelligence and analytic efforts. Led by the former head of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) and staffed by other former senior officials from the Intelligence Community, TAC is at the forefront of the fight to safeguard U.S. national interests.

With depth and breadth of experience in the counterterrorism field, and through the integration of technology and analysis, TAC is able to provide the Government with technology, expertise, and intelligence support that enables CT activities and information sharing and advances the CT mission.

TAC provides full life-cycle support for complex systems using state-of-the-art COTS, GOTS, and custom-developed components in service-oriented architectures under both J2EE and .NET frameworks. TAC specializes in developing secure, high-performance, and highly reliable systems in support of U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies. TAC provides experts in the fields of enterprise architecture, systems architecture and design, systems integration, database design and development, programming, and systems operation and administration.

Intelligence Operations and Analysis
TAC has a strong cadre of cleared intelligence analysts and specialists who have extensive experience in CT and related fields. With a demonstrated record of retaining quality CT analysts in a dynamic market, TAC consistently provides skilled analysts intimately familiar with the missions, roles, and responsibilities of the Government's multifaceted CT Community. TAC employees are integrated into intelligence, law enforcement, defense, and homeland security work units, serve in Government operations centers, and play a critical role in watchlisting efforts.

1. Two contractors and the State Department
couldn't keep simple passport records secure. I guess if we contracted out Condi's job maybe then they could keep the records safe from prying eyes. What a waste of our tax dollars.

What We Do

NCTC serves as the primary organization in the United States Government for integrating and analyzing all intelligence pertaining to terrorism possessed or acquired by the United States Government (except purely domestic terrorism); serves as the central and shared knowledge bank on terrorism information; provides all-source intelligence support to government-wide counterterrorism activities; establishes the information technology (IT) systems and architectures within the NCTC and between the NCTC and other agencies that enable access to, as well as integration, dissemination, and use of, terrorism information.

NCTC serves as the principal advisor to the DNI on intelligence operations and analysis relating to counterterrorism, advising the DNI on how well US intelligence activities, programs, and budget proposals for counterterrorism conform to priorities established by the President.

Unique among US agencies, NCTC also serves as the primary organization for strategic operational planning for counterterrorism. Operating under the policy direction of the President of the United States, the National Security Council, and the Homeland Security Council, NCTC provides a full-time interagency forum and process to plan, integrate, assign lead operational roles and responsibilities, and measure the effectiveness of strategic operational counterterrorism activities of the US Government, applying all instruments of national power to the counterterrorism mission.

10. Odd how all these ex govt. people open a new business
It would be nice to find out who gave them the contract and for what amount. Any one know? It is also always nice to have the same people who seemed to have put us into this mess still running things. Course now for a profit. Makes one feel so safe. Any one wonder how far we can go spending all this money that we have to get from other countries . Try paying off your credit card if you think it will be easy.

11. An eye for an eye.... the people who did this, should have their
personal info put out there, and then their phone records should be investigated to the hilt to see if they were expressing "inappropriate curiosity" or if they were digging for someone somewhere, perhaps someone in a rather high place who likes to leak things when it suits him/her. The wh is well known for leaking, for good or bad.
