1. It's in Ukrainian. It's an ad for newspaper "Glavred" that will carry an interview with the killer.

It says: "President Bush: Ukraine will win." "Read for yourself."
I think it's about the membership in NATO controversy. Maybe the killer is trying to say that Ukraine will win either way. I dunno.
