It was a very small clip of an historical event involving the President of the United states. I dont see how any judge in the world could rule that it isnt fair use. But Youtube is a cowardly website and their policy is to delete first and investigate last.

Youtube has been doing the samething with anime show's and such, which the companies producing those shows are not based here in the states at all. Pretty much all producing companies of different shows, do not want people to view them for free, or without the consent of said producer.
