KKKarl Rove. Yeah, I'm cherry picking.

But I'm leaving a lot of low-hanging fruit. Who is now gone?

Name someone in the Bush Junta you are happy to see OUTTA THERE. Tell us why.

My WHY for cherry picking KKKarl. "Right-hand man."
Plus, the "White House Political Office" was oxymoranic under Rove.
The RNC's political architect should be housed elsewhere!!.

3. Domenici (R-fossil) is retiring. He pled senility
in an attempt to get out of being charged with making threatening phone calls to a US attorney, part of Attorneygate.

He is likely to take Heather Wilson (R-COW) and Steve Pearce (R-can't chew gum and walk at the same time) with him, as they're trying for his seat and both running way behind Udall (D-great Representative).

Domenici propped Wilson up for years, both of them playing the "THEY'RE COMING TO TAKE OUR BASES AWAY!" dog and pony show election after election to get the considerable military retiree vote. It worked because the one thing you can threaten a military retiree with is the loss of access to a PX.

So Domenici is tops on my list of departing scumbags. I hope he's not able to use the senility defense to escape justice.

13. I wonder how many in Congress are thinking this way, "no escape strategy" ??
It would explain a lot of the timing.

They never really ever go away.. they just reinvent themselves and reappear a few years down the road..

8. INDEED. The Secret Government returns as the Bush Junta. We need to
not only learn that lesson, but end the cycle in permanent fashion.

That means jail time instead of pardons for those found guilty.

9. while under investigation by the FBI, in relation to Abramoff again.
Abramoff sure does get around a lot, popping up repeatedly in scandals everywhere!
Lots of money moving around illegally, it seems.

11. not enough!
They should have all been shamed into resigning, like Bush, Cheney, Condi etc.
But for some reason they are allowed to continue the bullshit, even promote a new war in Iran...

14. Uncle Ted Stevens won't resign,
but he just might get beat in November. The Party people called me today and invited us to a free lunch on Monday at which Mayor Mark Begich (D. Anchorage) will be making a "very important announcement." Since he's officially been "exploring" for a few months, my guess is he's going to announce his candidacy. This is the best shot we've had at this since 1968. :) I'll post pictures of the festivities.
