Up 3 points from the last estimate, and a full 14 points above the score of 52 registered in November 2004, when probably over 40% of the electorate voted for Bush.
Jackpine says the recent gain is evidenced by the fact that a lot of people seem to be wising up to Hillary.

Mean=100, SD=15. If your 46 was based on a Stanford-Binet SD of 16, then that would account for about 4 points of the difference, meaning that our estimates are actually only 2 points apart, well within the standard error.
