Syria: CIA fabricated 'reactor' pictures

Syria's ambassador to the United States said Friday that the CIA fabricated pictures allegedly taken inside a secret Syrian nuclear reactor and predicted that in coming weeks the US story about the site would "implode from within."

These satellite images show a building in a site where Syria allegedly built a nuclear reactor in August, left, and right, the building in the center of the image has vanished completely.

Slideshow: Pictures of the week "The photos presented to me yesterday were ludicrous, laughable," Ambassador Imad Moustapha told reporters at his Washington residence.

He refused to say what the building in the remote eastern desert of Syria was used for before IAF jets bombed it in September 2007.

1. I'm firmly convinced that this wasn't about a nuclear site
this was about testing Russian weaponry which Iran uses

and US shut down the radar station for Israel

Why Syria didn't get even more angry is interesting which tells me something was in that building just what it was nobody knows

but if the IAEA goes in and finds this Bogus ...very damning

and yes the picture given by CIA to news was plastered all over the web

I have it on my videos

I have always believed the Russian story
http://english.pravda.ru/world/americas/101708-1/

Richard Aldrich: Not really. It is unlikely that Russia has given its latest air defense equipment to friendly countries in the Middle East and so the United States would not learn much about current Russian capabilities by looking at Syrian Air Defense. Its more likely that the United States would gather useful intelligence against Syria itself during this operation. The information might also be useful against another regional power operating similar types of equipment.
