Your president is on CNN.Live...
to tell you how good the economy is and that he is giving you back "your money". He is also telling you that the economy is good because they put out some more false numbers. How many times has he been on this week...

6. And he speaks to us like WE are morons, too

Very strange delivery, for a moment, I thought I was watching a comedian, making fun of the president.

But seriously, 7 and a half years of this crap, and 27% still approve? WTF is up with that?

10. What a freaking tool. I almost spit my tea out.
Really, ANWR is the reason? Not India, Not China, not overconsumption in general? Not the unrest of the Mideast which President Tool contributed to? Not deliberate price gauging by oil companies, not overspeculation at the stockmarket? Nope, its ANWR, whih studies have shown has more natural gas than oil and which would do diddly squat to help us. Check this article out posted on MSNBC.com:

updated 8:45 p.m. ET, Tues., March. 16, 2004
WASHINGTON - Opening an Alaska wildlife refuge to oil development would only slightly reduce America’s dependence on imports and would lower oil prices by less than 50 cents a barrel, according to an analysis released Tuesday by the Energy Department.

The report, issued by the Energy Information Administration, or EIA, said that if Congress gave the go-ahead to pump oil from Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, the crude could begin flowing by 2013 and reach a peak of 876,000 barrels a day by 2025.

But even at peak production, the EIA analysis said, the United States would still have to import two-thirds of its oil, as opposed to an expected 70 percent if the refuge’s oil remained off the market.

We would still have to import oil. That is not dependence. That is just a way to make oil companies richer and detroy the environment even more. What a tool.

13. Bush is not my president.
He's just the idiot currently occupying that office under false pretenses.

I respect the office, but I have no respect for the man in it at this time. He needs to be investigated, and if proven innocent, I will apologize. But if guilty of crimes, he must pay the price because no one is above the law.

18. After reagan and two bewshes . . .
(I'm hereby NOT capitalizing bewsh or reagan any longer since they don't deserve it.)

"President" is merely a paper title now, merely a timeshare until the next hostage holder can take effect (Unless Obama gets elected). You'd be hard pressed to find a modern office holder who acted within the bounds of oath and legality.

19. this is a joke
ANWR is not the answer. Adding refineries is the answer. The oil companies keep shutting down refineries and it forces us to get fuel from a smaller pool of refineries thus bring up the demand and raising the price of fuel. IMHO If we had an increase of refineries then we would have lower gas prices. Consolidation of refineries is one the reasons for our increased gas cost.
