George Bush gives us $4.00 / gallon gasoline. Is it impeachment yet? |
|
Regular gas now averages $4.00 in Los Angeles. The oil president and his buddies are getting rich.
Can we impeach now? Please? Or does he have to bite the head off a puppy on live TV before we've had enough?

|
all in front of the ICC, tried and convicted as the war criminals they are, having to spend the rest of their worthless, misbegotten lives in prison.

3. It was $3.99/gal in Naperville IL yesterday (Chicago Suburb) |
|
Just off 75th near Woodridge, for those in the area. I was in shock. I think it's still around $3.90 in my neighborhood - I'm honestly scared to look.

4. Perhaps you can expound as to how high gasoline prices constitute an impeachable offense. |

7. If your significant other were spending you out of house and home, you'd do something. |
|
Especially if they and their friends were getting amazingly rich off of you while doing it.

12. I truly don't have to answer your question. You are playing devil's advocate. |
|
It's amazing to watch. What exactly do you get out of defending them? I would like to hear your answer as you next fill up your gas tank.
Among other impeachable offenses...

5. Reality is a harsh mistress. If you haven't figured out by now, there will be no impeachment. |
|
Bush certainly deserves to be impeached, but to impeach and to convict you need the votes to do it and they are not there--certainly not in an election year when they would be portrayed to the electorate as being political. Not happening.
As Democrats we would make far better use of our time and energy in getting a Democrat elected to the White House. Just because you really, really want something to happen or that it should happen does not mean it will. Life is not fair and sometimes the guilty do get away with it. In history, they probably have gotten away with it most of the time.

6. We receive what we allow. Argue for helplessness and you create it. |

Edit: History shall rip us a new one for having let them do this to us, and to the world. Shame on us all.

10. You know as well as I do that there will be no impeachment. |
|
I just don't pretend otherwise. It has nothing to do with helplessness, but everything to do with reality. Senator Clinton is berated for not being able to deal with reality or math. This is the same thing. So get as noble as you like, it won't help.

13. I'm not being noble, I'm being active. Or hopefully, activating. |

Again, future generations will spit upon us, and rightfully so. We've truly lost the country we'd founded in which to be free. We don't deserve it anymore.

Hey, Whatever happened to this concept? I hate to say this, but thru most of Bush's tenure the price of fuel only increased modestly until Pelosi's congress took over...can you also blame her? Every country from the poorest to the filthy rich wants more(not less) energy. We have a lot of competition for a limited supply. Let's CLEAN HOUSE with all these chumps! Bring on BO! Screw Hillary, screw Pelosi, screw Bush. Bring on BO! Oh yeah....bring on the Obama Girl, too! Peace, bros!
