If you are donating, a small thing to help DU save $ |
|
If you are donating, how about passing on the cool bumperstickers? Yeah, they are nice to have and it is nice to show the world we are DUers, but hey, as of today, postal rates were raised. So if 1000 people donate and do not request bumper stickers, the total savings to DU is $430.00. Not a bad sum of money and it may, in some small way, help the admins bring us an even better web site. Just something to think about.

4. Good point, and I've already tagged my own cars. |

The neighbors might not appreciate it. :)

5. And please feel free to rag on your Congress critters |
|
For raising the postal rates on small businesses while at the same time offering huge loopholes to major big businesses like Amazon and TimeLife

I already have enough stickers. Let the new DUers get theirs and those of us that have plenty should give it a pass.

7. I check "No" every quarter when I donate. |
|
Yet they've sent me the bumpersticker the last two quarters anyway.

9. I've tried with no success. |
|
Like others in this thread, I've checked the 'no bumpersticker' box. I still get the sticker every single time. :(

15. I got the first one, and it's proudly posted on my front door! I have |
|
passed on them since. I don't really need any more than the one.
Before you ask why I don't get one for my car...people in my neighborhood think that Dems are the devil, and I'm scared they will key my car in the parking lot...or worse. Sorry. I'll do almost anything for the Party and DU, but I can't and won't risk my car!

I can't use the ones I have for business reasons. One of the two I have is stuck to a file cabinet. The other is in the file cabinet.

17. For a member I've helped get a star for, I've passed up on the bumpersticker, but... |
|
...mine is badly faded on my vehicle and I desperately need a new one. That's why I've opted to have one sent. However, I have given more than the minimum to offset any loss to DU for my bumpersticker. :P
