1. We've had 'the change we deserve'

From 2000-2006 the GOP controlled the house, senate & executive. We've had the 'change we deserve'. Deficit spending, unnecessary wars, ignoring terrorism, ignoring domestic problems, tax cuts for the rich, authoritarian leadership, gross incompetence.

No thanks. We've paid our penance for dropping the ball and not paying enough attention to national politics and dont 'deserve' more of this leadership. 'The change you deserve' has a very evil sound to it too, like it is said with a frustrated, angry tone. "You want change? I'll give you change you deserve."
