I do recall the expose on him asking that question. They were showing clips and pics of him with Chalabi, and then showed a clip shown after the invasion of a man who looks like him yelling "Thank You America! USA! USA!"

4. That was the same guy who was identified in all those "spontaneous" pics of Iraqis....

...who were celebrating after Saddam was overthrown, wasn't it? Beyond that, I hadn't heard any other accusations/speculation. Or, I can't recall any- it's been a while.
