Poll question: What does Gay Marriage mean for California?
Now that our State Supreme Court has struck down all obstacles to gay marriage, what will it mean for our fair state?

2. I hope the last option doesn't come to pass
but I fear it is already occurring. I see opening marriage to my gay and lesbian brothers and sisters as a way of saving the institution that has been in rapid decline for the last 100 years or so.

4. Good for California
I'm in Toronto and Gay Marriage has been recognized for a few years now - surprisingly society has not collapsed, the 'traditional family' seems to be doing just fine and God has so far endorsed the move - far from punishing Canada things have been relatively good here.

She and her SO went up to San Francisco from LA and tied the knot. It will be really legal now.

12. Increased push for other states without an ammendment yet
To increase GOP turnout in the fall. It has been quiet in Minnesota for the past couple of years but that will probably change this summer. I expect the new Archbishop is writing his weekly newspaper editorial on this as we speak.

13. I wonder what that will mean for the November election.
And I take it the Archbishop will be writing something scathing.
