I can just see GWB giving blanket pardons to his whole administration in his closing day of rule. I can only hope that there is a higher authority that takes him and his to task for the crap they have pulled.

bushco is going down theres no doubt in my mind on that my worry is what more damage they'll do going down. France and Germany have already indicated they will pursue these criminals if we don't do it ourselves. Thats one of the conditions of the internation criminal court, if a country won't or can't try their war criminals then they must take it upon themselves to do it.
