I just spent the past year learning how to walk again after surgery to put me back together. I thought I'd never move again, but, today, I'm living an almost-normal life.
You just gotta hang in there. There are so few of us really great broads ..............

and it's a terrific waste of energy.
Here's what I've learned: when the universe decides you're supposed to stop, it stops you. I bet you find that the down time, which you now see as a pain in the butt, is going to give you a great gift in the form of an even more enlightened and articulate perspective. Just think of this as a small vacation, and allow yourself to rest. The universe is talking to you.
We will prevail, though. We don't know how to do anything else ...........

I know what you mean, and I am crawling pout of a health hole that took 5+ years to fall down, only 3 months or so back up. Just hang in there and breathe gently, think peaceful thoughts and all that good stuff! :hug:

14. Not insignificant at all. You have some real guts and I love your LTEs. |

As one who's had significant medical problems herself, I know how good it is to be able to share the emotional burden.
You get well, darlin', we are counting on you (but dammit, get enough rest!)!

but it's not as bad as having the pocket for the brain and battery unit put in. It's just the process of lying on that hard table while they fiddle around for half an hour or so.
You'll do fine and feel much better afterwards!

I'm having health problems...mainly, problems getting a doctor to take my health problems seriously. I swear to God, I literally have had to make a 100-mile round trip to find a doctor who's worth a damn. The real health care crisis in this country isn't about insurance, it's about incompetence. If you could go to a doctor, get treated, and be done with it, costs would plummet. But that isn't possible with the brain-dead dreck being belched out of medical schools these days.
== end rant ==
I hope your pacemaker will soon be ticking merrily away so that you'll be feeling better soon.
