12. Jim Brady & his wife turned to Democrats when they saw the handwriting on the wall.
Just like Limpballs turned to the ACLU liberals for help when he needed it.

16. oh yes i DO want to battle the knife lobby!
i'm perfectly happy cutting my steak with SCISSORS!
or just using my hands!

knives, pen knives, knife fights, and fingernail files all need to be banned. (and that is the first thing i plan on doing when i get in office!)

17. No. It's hard to stab 30 innocent people in 5 minutes
That's the problem with most kinds of guns. Mass carnage.

Might as well pass out hand grenades.

20. banning stuff = bad public policy
only in rare cases has outright prohibition produced Pareto preferable outcomes (i.e. CFCs). The empirical evidence proves gun laws don't work, in the same way that empirical investigations (cross-country analysis) have proven that regardless of the legality of abortion, it still occurs at similar rates. Prohibition merely creates black markets, better to regulate and oversee.

22. What an idiotic post
Look at gun fatalities around the world and where there are fewest there are the most strict laws controlling them.
